If you own a Polaris RZR, then drop by Tunes-N-Tint in Lakeland to check out the amazing Rockford Fosgate RZR-STAGE5 audio system upgrade solution. Adding an audio system is the perfect way to make a day on the trails or rocking the dunes even more fun. We have teamed with Rockford Fosgate, one of the most recognized brands in the mobile electronics industry, to provide our clients with a variety of application-specific audio system upgrade packages that sound amazing. Let’s look at what’s available for the RZR.
RZR-STAGE1 – Digital Media Source Unit
The RZR-STAGE1 kit includes Rockford’s awesome PMX-2 marine-grade digital media receiver and a custom mounting kit. The mounting kit works with the center storage compartment of your RZR 900, 4, S or XP to put the radio right at your fingertips.
The PMX-2 receiver features an AM/FM/WeatherBand receiver, Bluetooth A2DP wireless streaming with AVRCP remote control functions and a USB port to play MP3 and WMA files. A color 2.7-inch TFT LCD screen lets you know what you are listening to. The PMX-2 is fully water resistant and features an element-ready design that won’t fade, chalk or crack when left exposed to UV energy from the sun.
RZR-STAGE2 – Stereo and Speaker Kit
Most of our clients start with the RZR-STAGE2 kit. This package includes everything from STAGE1 and adds a set of front speaker pods. The RFRZ-FSE pods bolt into most 2014 and newer RZR vehicles just below the dash. The kit includes a set of RM1652B 6.5-inch, marine-grade coaxial speakers. The composite plastic pods are lightweight but durable enough to ensure your music will sound great, even when you are leaping off the top of the dunes. Rockford includes all the wiring we will need to get the system up and running in your side-by-side.
RZR-STAGE3 – Stereo, Speaker and Subwoofer System
The real fun begins with the RZR-STAGE3 system. STAGE3 includes everything that STAGE2 does and adds a pair of amplifiers and a subwoofer system. The result? You get much better bass response, clearer sound and WAY more volume. The RZR-STAGE3 includes a single 10-inch Prime series RM110D2B subwoofer and the RFRZ-FEW subwoofer enclosure. The composite enclosure bolts directly to the vehicle and is located up under the dash of the vehicle.
STAGE3 includes a PBR300X4 four-channel amplifier and a PBR300X1 monoblock amp. The four-channel amp sends up to 75 watts of power to the front speakers while the monoblock can crank out 300 watts for the sub.
Rockford Fosgate RZR-STAGE4 – More Speakers Means More Fun!
Just when you thought things couldn’t get any better, RZR-STAGE4 adds a set of RM1652W-MB speaker enclosures to the STAGE3 system for even more sound and improved clarity when the throttle is pinned. These compact marine-grade speaker enclosures feature a coaxial 6.5-inch woofer and, of course, all the brackets, hardware and cabling required for us to install everything. The rear enclosures mount to the roll bar, so you know everything will stay solid and secure.
Rockford Fosgate RZR-STAGE5 – Premium Punch Performance
Using the same source unit and enclosures as STAGE4, the Rockford Fosgate RZR-STAGE5RZR-STAGE5 kit ups the ante by including Punch series speakers and a subwoofer, and Power series amplifiers. PM2652B speakers provide clearer sound and can handle the additional power from the TM400X4ad amplifier. The T1S2-10 subwoofer provides deeper bass and even more output, thanks to the TM750X1ad 750-watt amplifier. If you want the most volume and clarity from your RZR audio system, the RZR-STAGE5 kit is the ultimate solution.

Stage 3 is where things start to get fun. The RNGR-STAGE3 adds a TM400X4ad four-channel amplifier and a subwoofer to the Stage 2 kit. A 10-inch RM110D2B Prime-series subwoofer and a dedicated under-seat enclosure bring the system life with deep, clear low-frequency reproduction. The four-channel amplifier is rated to provide the front speakers with up to 100 watts each and 200 watts to the 10-inch subwoofer. Our team of technicians will tune the system to provide amazing output and clarity, even at extreme listening levels. Rockford includes all the power and speaker wire required for us to install the system in your Ranger.

The tower pods mount directly to the Polaris Lock & Ride roll cage and ensure your music comes through loud and clear. The TM400X4ad amplifier has no problem providing the system with 400 watts of power.
